They're not even trying to hide white supremacy

This is going to be a quick one, but I think it’s important enough to break out on its own. I’ve written about the Trump administrations love for symbols (and this one, too), and also about the host of bad ideas inherent in the various ICE recruiting ads that Homeland Security has been posting on social media.

This one is particularly explicit, though:

This an incredibly obvious play on Which Way Western Man ?, a book by white nationalist William Gayley Simpson. Here are some quotes from the book, via Wikipedia:

I am not naturally a man of violence, but there is one thing from the thought of which I shrink more than from violence or its consequences, and that is the thought that our people may not rise to throw off the death that is being clamped upon them.

The point is to reveal organized Jewry as a world power entrenched in every country of the White man’s world, operating freely across every nation’s frontiers, and engaged in a ruthless war for the destruction of them all.

Let me preface what I am about to say by declaring frankly that I am prepared to accept violence on the part of our people. The Jews’ hold on our throat is not going to be relaxed until we break their grip. Hitler felt that he had to take to the streets. All normal approach to his people was barred. Today, we are confronted with much the same situation here.

Note the imagery, referencing “cultural decline,” “Homeland,” “service,” “invasion,” “opportunity,” and “law & order.” The quotes above are anti-Jewish, but the book is fully white supremacist — just as the Trump administration is against all non-white people, thanks to white supremacist Stephen Miller,

And now, they feel confident enough to post an unmistakable reference to a book by a white nationalist (happily deceased) with this table of contents:

Trust me, the contents are just as bad as you might imagine.
